Welcome to Yatra Planning. What can we help you with?

I want to learn about Char Dham Yatra planning. arrow

The Char Dham Yatra covers four sacred shrines: Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath. The traditional route follows Yamunotri → Gangotri → Kedarnath → Badrinath.

Best time: May–June and September–October. Temples open on Akshaya Tritiya and close around Kartik Purnima.

Registration: Mandatory online registration via the Uttarakhand government portal before starting the yatra.

Rituals: Holy bath at Tapt Kund (Badrinath) before darshan. Offerings like flowers, prasad, and donations are optional.

Photography: May be restricted inside sanctums; check signage at each temple.
